THZ208 is a cast iron electrode with a low carbon steel core and a robust graphite-type coating. It can be used for both AC and DC at a low price. When cold, the weld can turn gray cast iron. But its cracking resistance is poor.

THZ508 is cast iron with a nickel-copper alloy (Monel) welded core and a strong reduced graphite coating. IIt can be used for both AC and DC, arc stability, easy to operate. The welding and cutting process performance of this electrode is close to THZ308, but its cracking resistance is poor due to the high shrinkage rate of the deposited metal. The welded joint has low strength, so it should not be used for welding forced parts, and can be used for gray cast iron welding preheated to about 300 ℃ at room temperature or low temperature.

THZ408 is a strong reduction of cast iron electrodes with a nickel-iron core and graphite coating. It can be used in both AC and DC, has a stable arc, and is easy to operate. The electrode has the characteristics of high strength, good plasticity and low coefficient of linear expansion. The resistance of the c frame for gray cast iron is like THZ308, while the resistance of the c frame for ductile cast iron is more than THZ308. It also has a good effect on cast iron with a higher phosphorus (0.2% P), and it has slightly lower cutting properties than THZ308 and THZ508. THZ408 is used for welding of gray cast iron and ductile cast iron in w room.

E6010 is a high cellulose sodium electrode with straight down electrode and direct current connection. The arc blowing force is large, single-side welding two-sided forming, less slag, easy to remove, beautiful weld forming, fast welding speed, the deposited metal has good mechanical properties, and has excellent porosity resistance and crack resistance, is a special welding rod for vertical downward welding in all positions of the pipeline field ring joint.
